At CHINOOK S.p.A. we are committed to pursuing a policy of placing our internal and external customers at the centre of our activities.
Internal customer satisfaction is addressed by implementing opportunities for verification and training on issues connected with the products/services supplied.
External customer satisfaction is addressed by offering and tailoring all processes to their specific implied and explicit requirements and monitoring the attainment of the objectives agreed upon.
The customer is therefore central to the company's success. For this reason we must know our customers well, deliver products and services that respond to their needs, and create a high standard of customer satisfaction.
CHINOOK S.p.A. works to achieve the following objectives:
- Improve our image on the market by: increasing the number of our customers, increasing turnover, entering new areas of the market.
- Ensure the satisfaction of our customers, employees, suppliers, by: attaining budget objectives, increasing employment levels, lowering absenteeism, eliminating disputes involving employees, constantly reducing the number of complaints and process faults, entering into partnership agreements with suppliers.

- Foster improvements to all company processes in terms of quality, costs and performance.
- Use preventive methods to forestall the possibility of non-compliance.
- Make use of state-of-the-art customer service tools, to be addressed by continuous training of management and employees holding positions of responsibility.

- Compliance with laws governing safety at the workplace
